Monte delle Dolomiti cheese
Monte delle Dolomiti, or simply Dolomiti, is a cows' milk cheese, using the milk from two milkings, one of which is skimmed. It is matured for at least a year and is produced in the towns of Zoldo Alto e Colle S. Lucia (Belluno) in the Veneto region of Italy.
