M & B Distributors, Outwell
I don't think I can put a better description of M & B Distributors than the review I put on Google maps a while back.
A true Aladdin's Cave!
From the roadside sign you would think they only sold seed potatoes and compost - that could not be further from the truth. The staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. Since moving to Upwell we buy all of our vegetables from M&B, plus a lot more besides. In 8 months, we've not bought vegetables from large supermarkets - a lovely feeling. They sell; deep breath:
- Fresh fruit and vegetables [out of date fruit veg. can be taken for free for your animals]
- Most 'corner shop' food items
- Sweets & crisps
- Ice creams
- Hardware, lots of it
- Gardening equipment
- Gardening supplies and seeds - a whole yard full of composts and soils
- Pet and animal supplies
- Seeds and seed potatoes
- ...and much more, I'm sure!
Don't forget to pick up your free copy of the local paper while you're there.
