Lemon and parsley sauce

Ingredients

- 50g butter
- 1 lemon
- Bunch of fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Melt the butter in a small pan
- Add a twist or two of black pepper
- Stir in the juice and zest of 1 lemon
- Season to taste
- Sprinkle in the chopped parsley
Serving suggestions
Pour over the fish and serve
