Having just returned from a Swiss summer holiday, I have to add this recipe - we had a few variations of this, most were more like a glorious pizza than cheese on toast.

It's made really special by the addition of a fried egg on the top.

Use Morrisons's cheese

This is lovely, but real Swiss cheese is so expensive. Morrison's do a very reasonable substitute that tastes the same, at half the price.
