Garlic cole slaw

Not a recipe, just a simple idea that worked quite well (if you love garlic!)

  1. Peel and crush the garlic or add a little coarse sea salt and press it to a paste under a the flat of a knife.
  2. Mix into the cole slaw
  3. Optionally, leave for 30 minutes for the flavours to mingle
  4. Mix again and serve

Chef's notes

I used 3 cloves of garlic in a meduim-sized tub of slaw but I like garlic. Try one to start if your not sure.
