Faisselle du Rove is a fresh, soft [[Goats' milk cheese|goats' milk cheese]] from the Bouches-du-Rhône département of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.<br />

50g of [[Curd|curd]] are placed in a truncated [[Mould|mould]] and allowed to drain, leaving about 30g of [[Cheese|cheese]]. It is 8cm in height with a diameter of 3cm at the top and 2cm at the bottom.<br />
