Method

  1. Arrange the rice on the bottom of a serving dish and sprinkle the vegetables over it.
  2. Make a dressing with oil, vinegar, garlic and salt and pour over the salad.

Variations

You can use canned or preserved in jars peppers if you wish. I used red and green peppers and mixed the rice with the vegetables.
