Oven cooking times

Cooking time and temperatures for various meat types.

Times are given for conventional gas and electric ovens. For fan assisted ovens use a setting of 20° Celsius (36° Fahrenheit) less than the shown. Cooking times can be reduced by 10 minutes for every hour of cooking time.
