Strength and texture
- Matured for 6 weeks, the cheese has a smooth texture with numerous small holes. The rind is protected with a white plastic coating and a cross-shaped relief sticker

- Dome shaped with a diameter of 20.5cm, height of 11 cm and weighing about 3kg
Golden yellow in colour, the cheese has a shelf life of 6 weeks minimum
