A very simple Korean dipping sauce.
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons herb or rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, crushed

- Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
