Caprino Ossolano cheese


  • Caprino Ossolano comes from the Val d'Ossola, where cheesemaking almost became extinct. It has recently been revived by cheesemakers from Lombardia and the cheese is now produced in the municipalities of Domodossola, Varzo and Val Vigezzo
