This is a translation of a recipe in Salsas y Aliños con Thermomix (Susaeta Ediciones)

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients in the bowl.
  2. Continue for 7 minutes / 90° / Speed 4.
  3. The result should be a sauce with a light consistency, without being too thick.

Serving suggestions

The sauce can be used to prepare, amongst others, gratinéed pasta dishes.
