An interesting 'fruit salad' recipe from South Caernarfon Creameries, using their Dragon traditional Caerphilly cheese, the only Caerphilly cheese now made in Wales.
Ingredients

- 8 large strawberries washed, hulled and sliced
- 1 avocado peeled and sliced
- 100g Dragon Caerphilly, crumbled
- Freshly chopped mint
- Fresh ground black pepper
dressing
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon runny honey
- A squeeze lemon juice
Method
- Arrange avocado & strawberries on a platter
- Drizzle over the dressing
- Sprinkle over crumbled cheese and scatter with mint leaves
- Finish with black pepper to taste and serve immediately
