Applewood cheese is an award winning apple smoke-flavoured cheese made from quality West Country farmhouse cheddar made by a company called Norseland, based in Ilchester, Somserset, UK. It is suitable for vegetarians and is available in a deli wheel, block/wedge, slices, minis and now a Spreadable format.
