Ají Panca, Peruvian red pepper, is a variety of Capsicum chinense (a chilli pepper) grown in Peru and used in Peruvian cuisine.
Similar looking to Ají Amarillo, it is a relatively mild chilli pepper, scoring 500 on the Scoville heat scale.
In the UK it is generally sold as a dried chilli.
