Aceite de Bajo Aragón

Aceite del Bajo Aragón is a ‘Denominación de Origen Protegida’ extra-virgin olive oil from the north of the province of Teruel in lower Aragón. The oil is also produced in the lower Aragón region of the province of Zaragoza.

It has an attractive colour ranging from golden yellow to old gold. Its taste is fruity and is reminiscent of fruit and olive trees, and at the same time, slightly sweet, with a transparent and smooth taste. It is very suited to salad dressings.

DOP Bajo Aragón (Olitos Empeltre) can be ordered on-line in small bottles from Olivacion
