This delicious drink can is best made with mandarin oranges, but can be made with tangerines, clementines, oranges or a mixture of them all. An ideal way to use up a glut of citrus fruit

- 2 mint leaves per glass, stem & centre vein removed and finely chopped
Method
- Using a juicer, extract the juice
- Pass the resulting juice through a coarse sieve to remove pips and pith etc.
