Windrush (aka Windrush Valley) Dainty Herb Pepper is a soft, fresh, pasteurised goats' milk cheese produced by Renee and Richard Loveridge at Pinchpool Farm in Windrush. The milk comes from pedigree British Saanen goats, which are fed mainly on haylage (high quality forage) and a concentrate. Made to a traditional French recipe, it has a delicious and mild flavour which is enhanced by the addition of fresh herbs and garlic.

The cheese can be bought at farmer’s markets in Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. It was considered 'Best Fresh Cheese' in the 2012 British Cheese Awards and won a Silver Medal in the 2011 British Cheese Awards.
