Windrush (aka '''Windrush Valley''') Dainty Herb Pepper is a soft, fresh, pasteurised goats' [[milk]] [[cheese]] produced by Renee and Richard Loveridge at Pinchpool Farm in Windrush. The [[milk]] comes from pedigree British Saanen goats, which are fed mainly on haylage (high quality forage) and a concentrate. Made to a traditional French recipe, it has a delicious and mild flavour which is enhanced by the addition of fresh [[herbs]] and [[garlic]].

The [[cheese]] can be bought at farmer’s markets in Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. It was considered 'Best Fresh Cheese' in the 2012 British Cheese Awards and won a Silver Medal in the 2011 British Cheese Awards.
