Wells Alpine is an artisan, cows’ [[milk]] [[cheese]] produced by Mrs Temple's Cheeses at Copys Green Farm, Wighton, near Wells-next-the-Sea.

Made from the [[milk]] of Brown Swiss cows, the semi-hard [[cheese]] has a distinctive nutty flavour and takes 6 months to mature. Also known as '''Norfolk Alpine''', it has an amazingly pretty rind.
