Walnut [[oil]] is generally used less than other [[oils]] in food preparation, often due to its highish price. It is light-coloured and delicate in flavour and aroma, with a nutty quality.  It is usually used for [[dressings]] and [[baking]], rather than [[frying]], and is very popular in France and Italy.&lt;br /&gt;

Is a product rich in [[vitamin A]], and can improve some cases of acne by reducing sebum production. It also contains [[phosphorus]], [[magnesium]] and [[potassium]], [[zinc]], plus [[vitamin B]] and reduces [[cholesterol]] and triglycerides in the blood. Its content of [[vitamin B]], helps the good functioning of the central nervous system. It also helps in the production of red blood cells. This oil is high in polyunsaturated fatty acids as well as lecithin. &lt;br /&gt;
