<p>Creating user page with biography of new user.</p> <p><b>New page</b></p><div>&lt;GoogleBanner&gt;&lt;/GoogleBanner&gt;<br /> <br /> Retired now, I spend a lot of time in the kitchen but I&#039;m very much a new starter. I like to experiment with equipment and techniques and take a lot of care with recipes (weights, temperatures, etc.) and am only happy when the results are the best they can be. This leads to some disappointments but every one is an experience to be learned from, isn&#039;t it! I hope that I can contribute in some small way to Cookipedia for the benefit of all and in appreciation of the material that is already here.<br /> Alex</div>
