Produced at Menallack Farm, Penryn near Falmouth, Treverva Green, this is the same as [[Mrs Finn’s cheese]], except that it is covered with crushed green [[peppercorns]].

The [[cheese]] is produced from a mixture of pasteurised, vegetarian, cows’ and ewes’ [[milk]], with added [[cream]]. It has a soft texture and a strongish taste, which has an enhanced piquancy due to the [[peppercorns]]. It is available in 270g rounds.
