Trelawney is produced by Sue Proudfoot of Whalesborough Farm near Bude, from pasteurised cow’s [[milk]] and vegetarian [[rennet]].

It is a semi-hard mould ripened [[cheese]] with a clean, full, flavour with a creamy after-taste and slightly crumbly moist texture. Whilst the [[cheese]] itself is golden, at certain times of the year the rind has a pink tinge due to spores of hay which is gathered in a nearby barn.
