* This artisan [[Cheese|cheese]] is produced at Belval Abbey, in the province of Artois. Nuns came from Laval and began making cheese in 1892. Each year, 40 nuns produce 40 tons.&lt;br /&gt;

* Wheel shaped, the [[Cheese|cheese]] is 20cm in diameter and 4-5cm in height.  Its weight is 2kg.&lt;br /&gt;

Coral pink rind, with an ivory interior.  The wrapper is [[Tangerine|tangerine]], with six blue crosses and a picture of the abbey in blue.&lt;br /&gt;
