Traditional Sage Derby cheese is produced by Fowler’s of Earlswood, who moved from Derbyshire to Warwickshire in 1918.  It is made with pasteurised cows&amp;#039; [[milk]] and vegetarian [[rennet]].  [[Sage]] is rubbed into the curds before being pressed in moulds and it is then matured for around 9 months. It has a sweet and strong flavour.&lt;br /&gt;
