Toma della Bassa Val d&amp;#039;Aosta is a [[Cows&amp;#039; milk cheese|cows&amp;#039; milk cheese]] produced with the [[Milk|milk]] of two milkings. It is white in colour and the rind is yellowish. Maturing takes from 3 to 8 months. Produced only during the summer, it has a cylindrical shape and weighs 5-6kg&lt;br /&gt;
