Ticklemore is a vegetarian full-fat, pasteurised, goat’s [[milk]] [[cheese]] which is produced near Totnes.

The [[cheese]] has a fresh, light and gentle taste and is without the overpowering aroma often associated with [[goats' milk]][[cheeses]]. The texture is flaky and has tiny holes. It has a natural, hard, white, bloomy rind and is moulded a colander, which gives it its distinctive UFO shape

Matured for around 2 months and turned twice a week, the [[cheese]] weighs approximately 2.3 kg
