Thoroughly Wild Meat are a small family business. Andrew & Lavinia Moore set up the Thoroughly Wild Meat Company in 2003 with the aim of producing the highest quality [[meat]] using an old fashioned approach to butchery. Andrew runs the butchery whilst Lavinia has her own catering business. We work closely with a small number of farms producing meat of an unparalleled quality and winning many awards.
