ΕΠΙΠ (EPIP) stands for ‘Εγγυημένα Παραδοσιακά Ιδιότυπα Προϊόντα’ (Eggyimena Paradosiaka Idiotypa Proionta) which in the UK is known as 'Traditional Speciality Guaranteed’ (TSG).
