Teasajt is a soft, fatty, aromatic Hungarian cheese, which is most often used in vegetable dishes. It is a lactose free cows&#039; milk cheese, which is quickly drained to avoid lactic fermentation giving it a pungent flavour. It is uncooked and pressed, and like the Saint-Paulin, is tender and sweet to taste. It comes in bricks of 500g. It has a moist and smooth texture.<br />
