[[Taste Sensation]] Lime Powder is made from spray dried concentrated [[lime juice]], which is rich in [[vitamin A]], [[vitamin C]], [[potassium]], [[iron]], [[phosphorus]] and [[calcium]]. It has an intense freshly squeezed lime taste, a real store cupboard gem, the perfect product for when a strong lime tart flavour is required. Ideal for any sweet or savoury recipe, home baking, (cakes, biscuits, muffins, cupcakes, pancakes), [[Mexican]] themed meals, flavouring icing, [[ice cream]], or fruit smoothies, blends easily into [[yoghurt]], [[crème fraiche]] or [[mayonnaise]] for a real zesty accompaniment to [[prawn]], [[crab]] or [[salmon]] sandwiches. I use a ratio of 5:1 which makes a nice lime juice to my taste.
* 20g lime juice powder
* 100 ml water
