| 190g of [[Pasta|pasta]] tubes&lt;br /&gt;
| 40g [[Taste Sensation Matured Blue Cheese powder]]&lt;br /&gt;
| 40g [[Butter|butter]]&lt;br /&gt;
| 30 g plan [[Flour|flour]]&lt;br /&gt;
| 400 ml [[Semi-skimmed milk|semi-skimmed milk]]&lt;br /&gt;

| Add the [[Taste Sensation Matured Blue Cheese powder]] to a mixing bowl and gradually whisk in the [[Milk|milk]], leave to [[Rest|rest]] while you prepare the [[Onions|onions]]&lt;br /&gt;
| Cook the [[Pasta|pasta]] shells in plenty of [[Boiling|boiling]] water for about 12 minuets, or until done to your liking&lt;br /&gt;
| Meanwhile add the olive oil to your [[Frying pan|frying pan]] and saute the chopped [[Onions|onions]] for 5 minutes&lt;br /&gt;
| Add the [[Crushed garlic|crushed garlic]] and saute for a few minutes&lt;br /&gt;
| Add the chopped [[chorizo]]&lt;br /&gt;
| Stir in the [[Taste Sensation Italian seasoning|taste sensation Italian seasoning]]&lt;br /&gt;
| Drain the [[Pasta|pasta]] and stir it onto the [[Onion|onion]] mix to prevent it sticking together&lt;br /&gt;
| For the [[blue cheese sauce]], melt the [[Butter|butter]] in a saucepan and stir in the [[Flour|flour]] to make a [[Roux|roux]]&lt;br /&gt;
