Want to replicate a fabulous starter we had last night.  Smoked slamon &amp;amp; crayfish parcels.&lt;br /&gt;

Ideas:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Crayfish / sour cream / Salt and pepper / Tabasco / Rolled and wrapped in Smoked salmon&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Maybe a dash of tomato purée and mayo - don&amp;#039;t want to turn it into prawn  cocktail. Filling should be firm.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Serve with lemon wedges - asparagus might be nice somehow.&lt;br /&gt;
