Use with G&amp;amp;P pizza oven:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Leave the base to rise for a short while.  Best to shape using semolina.  Add loads of sem to stone.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pre-heat oven on lower element for 5 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Meanwhile gently spread tom mixture over the top of base&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Transfer base carefully using peel/paddle, close lid and cook on lower for 2 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lift lid and add cheese and olives&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Drizzle with a little olive oil (forgot the damned olive oil, grrr!)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Close lid and switch to dual heat for 8 minutes&lt;br /&gt;
