The original recipe stated 180 C for about 30 minutes, however the peppers were still raw at this stage so I have increased the temperature and also the cooking time.&lt;br /&gt;

I also increased the amount of paprika in the sauce as 1/2 a teaspoon didn;t seem as though it would make much difference.  The sauce just solidified - like a kind of foam-cement.  Very nice though!&lt;br /&gt;
