Sorry you were disappointed with it.  I will say that I never, never add just water to a dish, irrespective of the recipe.  I always use some sort of stock so yes, it should taste better if you do use some. Just read in one of my Mexican recipe books that water, rather than stock, is added for economic reasons. You can use stock to give it more flavour, but it is not so authentic.--[[User:JuliaBalbilla|JuliaBalbilla]] 14:08, 2 January 2010 (GMT)&lt;br /&gt;
