Your article on "Graddost" contains a factual error: "Graddost is a semi-hard Swedish, pasteurised cows’ milk cheese. the name literally means ‘manor house’ and is Sweden's most popular cheese."<br />
The name "Gräddost" actually means "cream cheese" from "grädde", cream and "ost", cheese.<br />
