Check the filter papers are not blocked, there are usually two of them. They can be hand-washed but don't put them back until they are perfectly dry. Ours has the best suction of any hoover, except we no longer us it since [[iRobot]] arrived. --[[User:Chef|Chef]] 13:41, 17 February 2010 (GMT)<br />
