Another way to prepare Cochinita Pibil with less ingredients and in less time is to marinate the pork meat for 2 or 3 hours with a sauce of annatto seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns, cloves, vinegar, orange juice, and salt.&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;br /&gt;
Afterwards put a leaf of bananas into the pressure cooker, add the marinated meat with a cinnamon stick and a little water, cover everything with another banana leaf and let it cook for 1 hour.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
When the meat is already cooked, shred it, and add chopped tomatoes, chopped onion (as much as you like), a little lard, and the sauce that was used to cook it.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cover a baking dish with a banana leaf, add the prepared meat, cover everything with another banana leaf, and bake it for half an hour.&lt;br /&gt;
