I'd like to say that chilaquiles as ugly as they look they're very delicious.<br />

And I want to say that [[Epazote leaves]] are much better if you cook them with the [[tortillas]] and the sauce not with the sauce itself. And they can be served also with a steak.<br />

Chilaquiles can be ugly if the person who serves them is not very keen at it. I recommend using a spatula, to cut the slice first and then take it from the bottom of the pan and serve it carefully.<br />
Chilaquiles are delicious in deed.<br />
