Interesting comment re rye paddle and wet dough.  When I lost my normal paddle and was waiting to for replacement to arrive, I used the rye one in my SD255 and it worked fine and dough not too wet. I&amp;#039;ve made about 7 various mixes (many were dough only) and all were too wet, so much so, last time (last night with a pitta bread mix) measured everything twice and it was still too wet, hence the comment this am.  I will redo the experiment again soon and update.&lt;br /&gt;
