On the recipe for the Bolognese sauce (TM) Sofrito is misspelled and links incorrectly. This is an Italian recipe and as such it is Soffrito and should link to Italian Soffito and not Spanish Sofrito.&lt;br /&gt;

Have changed it to sauce for simpification.  The Italian soffrito doesn&amp;#039;t contain tomatoes whereas the Spanish sofrito does.  As it is a Spanish interpretation of an Italian recipe, it is difficult to decide which word to use, because to the Spanish, it IS a sofrito.  Calling it a sauce (as we would in English) avoids ambiguity  --[[User:JuliaBalbilla|JuliaBalbilla]] 14:15, 15 August 2012 (BST)&lt;br /&gt;
