Sylphide le savoreux is a soft, [[Mould|mould]]-ripened, pastuerised [[Cows&amp;#039; milk cheese|cows&amp;#039; milk cheese]] from the Vosges département of the [[French]] region of Lorraine.  It is similar to a [[Camembert]], but as it is made with [[Semi-skimmed milk|semi-skimmed milk]], it is lower in [[Fat|fat]] and has a fat to dry matter content of just 11%.  It was created in 1972 and has a smooth, melting texture.  It is round in shape and packaged in a hexagonal box.  Weighing 200g, it has a diameter of 10cm and a height of 3cm.&lt;br /&gt;
