St Oswald is an organic [[cows&amp;#039; milk]] [[cheese]]. It is washed in brine, has a semi-soft texture and has a nutty flavour. It is normally matured from 1-3 months during which time the rind changes from yellow to orange-brown.&lt;br /&gt;

St Oswald was named &amp;quot;Best English Cheese&amp;quot; at the 2007 British Cheese Awards and &amp;quot;Best Organic Cheese&amp;quot;. &lt;br /&gt;
