St Anthony is produced by the Gaylard family of  Cornish Country Larder at Trevarrian near Newquay.  It is made from unpasteurised, full-fat goats’ [[milk]] and vegetarian [[rennet]].&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The [[cheese]] is made by hand in small vats, has an edible white rind and a soft and creamy texture.  Its flavour is mild, clean and nutty flavour and is ideal for grilling.&lt;br /&gt;
