| Bring the [[Milk|milk]] to a [[Simmer|simmer]] and cook for about to 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
| Meanwhile [[Boil|boil]] the [[Eggs|eggs]].&lt;br /&gt;
| Once the [[Fish|fish]] starts to beak up, remove from the heat, strain and reserve the [[Milk|milk]] for the [[Sauce|sauce]].&lt;br /&gt;
| Melt the [[Butter|butter]] in a separate saucepan. Stir in the [[Flour|flour]] to make a [[Roux|roux]]; season to taste with [[Sea Salt|sea salt]] (or Provençal [[Herb|herb]] [[Salt|salt]]), [[Pepper|pepper]] and [[Turmeric|turmeric]].&lt;br /&gt;
