Sierra de Zuheroas is a hard [[cheese]] produced with the milk of Murciana goats on small farms and co-operatives around the village of Zuheros (Córdoba). The [[cheese]] is dry, thin and almost crumbly. It has a discernible taste of goat, but it is not penetrating, and is smokey with hints of sweet wild [[thyme]] and [[lemon]] peel. The hard rind is sometimes smeared with [[paprika]] and [[oil]], which gives the cheese a spicy aftertaste.
