Cover and [[Simmer|simmer]] for 30 minutes or until the [[Lentils|lentils]] are very soft.&lt;br /&gt;
| Heat the [[Oil|oil]] in a small pan. Sauté the [[Onions|onions]] and [[Garlic|garlic]] for 4 minutes or until soft and golden.&lt;br /&gt;
