Roche de Thônes is a semi-hard, pressed, uncooked, [[Unpasteurised|unpasteurised]] [[Cows&amp;#039; milk cheese|cows&amp;#039; milk cheese]] from the Haute-Savoie département of the Rhône-Alpes region of [[France]].  It has a hard [[Brown|brown]] rind and a yellow interior which has numerous holes and cracks.  It is a slightly tapered cylinder with a diameter of 10cm at the top and 13cm at the bottom, with a height of 9cm.  It weighs 1.1kg&lt;br /&gt;
