Rocamadour is a young goats’ [[milk]], [[AOC]] and [[AOP]] [[cheese]] from the départements of Aveyron, Lot and Tarn-et-Garonne (Midi-Pyrénées); Corrèze (Limousin); Dordogne (Aquitaine).&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;br /&gt;
The [[cheese]] weighs just 35g and can be eaten after 12-15 days but the flavour becomes more intense after a few months.  When young, it has the subtle flavours of [[cream]] and [[butter]] with a slight aroma of goats. With age, the texture becomes dryer and the aroma, stronger.&lt;br /&gt;
